Building my first gaming PC

Solution
Making the changes I suggested adds $90 to the build, most of which is the ssd

Yes great build, looks great.

If I were doing a build on same budget, instead of a unlocked i5 and overclocking motherboard, I would get a locked Xeon 1231, and cheaper h97. Its pretty much an i7, but much cheaper (about same price as that i5) And that will get you 8 threads, overclocking wouldnt get you much performance gains.
