Fairly typical (but adequate) budget build. I would go with this cooler though.

It's cheaper and cools better. I put one on my 8700k and it's idling at 27c, and stays at around 50-55c in Ghost Recon Wildlands. Cryorig took over the budget cooler throne from CM's 212 some time ago, and their H7 is best dollar per performance.
