Hi guys. I'm new to building my first gaming pc. I would like to know if this build is good?
I'm planning to play mostly AAA games and also VR.

1.) Ryzen 5 2600X or Ryzen 5 2600
2.) Gigabyte Aorus X470 Ultra Gaming or MSI X470 PRO CARBON
3.) G.Skill 8GB DDR4 RAM 2666MHZ
4.) MSI GTX1060 6GB Gaming X
5.) WD 240GB SSD SATA
6.) 1TB HDD
7.) 600W PowerSupplyUnit BRONZE 80+
8.) Corsair 460x RGB Case
9.) Window 10 Home

Hope you guys can give me some opinion about this build and which is better. Thank you!

They haven't been released yet.
New B450 motherboards and the new Nvidia GPUs are supposed to launch soon.

Buying a GPU now would be unwise. You may get a better one for the same price.
But you may have to wait a bit longer than August. Nvidia usually launches the xx80 and xx70 models first, followed by xx60 then xx50 models.
So a GTX xx60 may launch around October.
