Building my first Gaming Rig, need to know if these parts are compatible and top quality.

Hi everyone,

I am building a gaming rig and planning to go all out. I want the best of the best. However, I don't want to buy the best of the best and then find out said best won't fit with other best of the best.

Basically I need a compatibility check from experts. I am open to any suggestions of new or different parts that you think would work better. Buying all parts from NewEgg, so the price is actually a bit more, about $2,151. Price doesn't matter too much to me, just don't expect me to put down thousands for a fan. P.S. not too sure about the quality of the Mobo. Please tell me if it won't be good enough. I am planning to have an Optical Drive, an SSD and a HDD.

The i7 and 32 GB's of RAM would just be a waste of money for gaming. Better to put it towards a better monitor that could take advantage of the 980 Ti.

Thank you for the reply. Changes look good. Only thing I don't get is why you switched out the Seagate 4TB for a WD 4TB? both run at 7200 RPM and have a SATA 6BG/s Transfer

The one on your parts list is a 5900 RPM drive. It also has a two year warranty vs a five year warranty for the WD.
