Question Building my first PC and can't get into bios

Hope someone can help..

I just built my first PC but have hit a roadblock when I try to get into BIOS.

Specs:
MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
EVGA 600W PSU
MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti GPU
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200MHz RAM

When I turn the PC on I just have a black screen, want to install windows 10 from a USB.

I am using a wireless keyboard, not sure if that is affecting the situation.

I have ordered an optical drive which I didn't think I would need but maybe that's the problem...

Hey man! there can be many problems with a black screen, all from a baddly plugged in cable to a destroyed mother board! Have you made sure all componets are installed propely?

I have but I'll have to look again. I'm waiting on a wired keyboard and an optical drive to be delivered hopefully this week. With the wireless keyboard I have I'm sure it downloaded drivers when I first plugged in the receiver to my other computer which obviously it can't do with my new build.
