Help me in PC building? In India!

This is my first Custom build PC at Sub 50K Inr, I am Thinking (https://prnt.sc/zxr66n)

Gigabyte B450M DS3H WiFi with Ryzen 3600xt or 3600 .
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200 MHz DDR4 16GB,
Samsung 970 Evo S00GB NVME M.2 SSD,
Zebronics Gaming High Efficiency 600watts Power Supply.

Rest o the parts will be from my old pc,

Is this configuration good or should i Go with something else,

Q.1 Will this board bottleneck my Processing speed, will i be able to hit 4.4 Ghz mark ? sounds dumb but i have no clue.
Q.2 How to get best of my SSD 970 evo In this MBoard (getting that 2000+ MB/S Speed https://prnt.sc/zy3peo )? I had WD blue WDS250G2B08B but it only goes till 450 MB/s https://cutt.ly/fk7SRnA Why ?
Q.3 If i put this SSD in the M.2 Slot on NVME X4 Setting will it disable my other SATA port ? (some youtube review suggested that can happen)

Q1. not likely. ryzen processors are binned and the better chips are used in X suffix versiona and in more expensive processors. ryzen does not overclock well. You could get lucky, but do not count on it.
Also, ryzen performance is tightly tied to ram performance. You would want more like 3600 speed ram.

Q2. Do not look at synthetic benchmarks. And, do not obsess on sequential performance statistics.
Load times for a game may differ by only a second or two between normal sata and the fastest ocie ssd.
Most of your I/O will be small random access and that differs little among all ssd devices. (Intel optane is an exception)

Q3. pcie m.2 ssd devices take extra chipset bandwidth. How this is handled will differ by motherboard and chipset.
You would be better off with a 500 chipset.
How many sata ports do you intend to use?
Likely not enough to hurt if you lose a couple of ports.

I am not familiar with Zebronics as a psu.
I suspect it is a cheap unit which I would not buy.
Buy a quality psu with a 7-10 year warranty.

For gaming, it is the graphics card that matters most.
Good luck in finding a good one at any price, let alone near msrp.

For gaming, here are two reviews. One with a i3-10100 and one with a i5-10600K
Compare how they do compared to the ryzen processors.

And, I would wait a couple of weeks for intel 11th gen which will have improved ips which is what a gamer needs most.
