Hey guys!

I have a dillemma--> Should I buy a PC now or wait till middle of the summer?
Logically, prices for parts at summer will be lower, BUT--> how much could I save? Is it worth to wait?

I am considering to buy exactly this system:

  • CPU-Intel® Core™ i5-4670K (Box) BX80646I54670K 210,10 €
    MB-Asus Z87-PRO Z87-PRO 162,90 €
    GPU-Sapphire R9 290 4GB GDDR5/TRI-X OC 390,80 €
    SSD-Samsung 840 EVO 250GB Basic MZ-7TE250BW 134,40 €
    RAM-Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 1866MHz (Black) 65,70 €
    PSU-Enermax Revolution X't 730W ERX730AWT 114,10 €
    CPU GREASE-Arctic Cooling MX-4 4g 7,00 €
    CPU COOLER-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 33,00 €
    HDD-Seagate HDD Desktop Barracuda 2Tb ST2000DM001 73,90 €
CASE- FRACTILE DESIGN R4 BLACK PEARL 80,00€

Total of 1270 €

So what do You think of this build? anything to add/change/remove?

(Will Use it for games and video editing)

Solution
You would be better off with 2x4 gb of ram to use dual channel speeds. Unless you plan to buy a second 8gb stick in short order. Also the evo cpu cooler comes with its own thermal paste you don't need the Artic cooling mx4. Other then that looks like a killer build!

Thanks for your answer!
And yeah--> I am considering buying another 8gb stick.

But the main question was--> Should I buy this build now or wait till about middle of the summer for lower prices? Would it be worth the wait?
