Just on the components, coffee lake may be better due to newer and 2 more cores, but 7700k is still strong in gaming.

Only change to DRagor's build is cooler, Cryorig H7 is good enough, Noctua NH-D15 is very powerful and 8700k will need. 8600k is not as hot as 8700k.

Never too much cooling 😉 but agree, H7 should do the job as well.
