Hey guys, I am looking into building my first [gaming] pc I can't go much higher in price but will this clock more than 70 fps on Rainbow six siege, PUBG, Subnautica and Rust?

Sure... I play Rust with a gtx 970... the only thing that might hold you back would be the PSU (power supply unit) those older model corsairs aren't fantastic plus with only 450W you won't have much (if any) room for overclocking or adding extras to your setup... I would suggest at least 550W with 80+ Bronze for that build.

Tips for saving money... Shop around... don't get all your stuff in one place, look for deals and whatever you do don't skimp on the power supply... It will end up costing you more in the end if you buy a cheap one now. If you don't care about modular then newegg have the newer model corsair CX650 for $60.
