Extremely new to building my own pc but good at following directions just wondering what would be the best route to take for a gaming pc I want high frame rate and enough ram to handle minecraft sky factory which will be one of the main games that play it will take awhile to get everything together just not sure where to start besides a tower please help

This leaves you plenty of room for an OS (if you need one), More RAM, an SSD upgrade or even a better graphics card.

The only thing is that the motherboard may need to have a BIOS update if it didn't have one from the factory but you can contact AMD and get a upgrade kit sent to you for free to do so.

Have you built a rig before? Terms above should not be that unfamiliar---unless i am missing something..........
 
There's plenty of videos available on youtube by many big computer youtubers on how to build a computer.

I'm not sure what you didn't understand about my post. If its about the BIOS all I mean is you may have to update the BIOS (firmware) of the motherboard to be compatible with the new 2nd generation Ryzen CPUs. Most likely unless you get old stock the board will be up to date when you buy it, but if not then you will need https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ryzen-AM4-System-Bootup.aspx to do so.

You could buy one of the newer motherboard model x470 but they are more expensive.
