no SSD cuz it's too expensive
I took up Non K version cuz I'm not a Fan of CPU oc.
Would my GPU would be Okay if I oc it?
Any other suggestions please?
Prefer lower price/Performance Ratio, that can be found with that website.

Skip the i7-4770 and get an i5-4670. Not a huge difference and costs a lot less.

Swap out that PSU for something more reputable, for example this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013

I would also change the Seagate HDD to a WD Blue 1 TB HDD. Much lower failure rate.

Ah, got it. Thought this was for a gaming PC. In that case the i7 is worth the extra money.
