Looks good, though a 780 Ti classified would be better if you plan on OC'ing and if you have like 50 dollars more

I'd go with a Maximus VII Ranger from what I've read in the reviews, but otherwise your build seems fine (Other than the PSU that some people might not reccomend)
EDIT: Indeed, AMD Radeon's build is better, but I'd still go with the Maximus VII Ranger ^^
