i'm building a PC to my brother and he wants i3 not i5 for some unknown reasons :D

the built is
Mobo : ASRock H81M-HDS Socket 1150
CPU : Intel Core i3-4130 Hasewell
RAM : 8GB HyperX Blu 1600 MHz

and i'm confused about these two GPUs

R7 250 OC and GTX 650
i found it wierd that when i ran the comparison on cpu-boss r7 250 won
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GIGABYTE-Radeon-R7-250-vs-GIGABYTE-GeForce-GTX-650-OC-2-GB

and i chose that PSU but i don't know if it can hold that pc together

Cooler Master Elite V2 500W PSU

so whaddya think of the GPU and the PSU ?

If he's gaming like that gpu suggests, an i3 isn't going to cut it.

No problem. Do me a favor, slap him on the back of the head and tell him the i5 is a hyper threaded quad core and the i3 is only a dual core with hyper threading.
