Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of building a new computer, never done this before. Here is what I have chosen.

Monitor - ASUS MX279H 27-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor
CPU - Intel Core i5-3470 Quad-Core Processor 3.2 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155
Motherboard - ASRock DDR3 1333 Intel - LGA 1155 Motherboards (H77M)
Graphics Card - EVGA GeForce GTX760 w/EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5 256bit
RAM - Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (1x8 GB Module) 1600MHz 240-pin DDR3
PSU - Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX500)
Case: Xigmatek Micro ATX Case AEOS USB3.0

I have a few questions:

1) Is my power supply good enough to power the CPU and graphics card?
2) Is the case good enough to house all the components? I see the case is for Micro ATX motherboards but I can't figure out if the motherboard I selected is standard or micro and if it will / won't fit in the case
3) Is the motherboard I picked suitable to house the CPU / graphics card?

I'm really just trying to make sure that I haven't overlooked anything serious. The computer will mostly be used for gaming and some other basic things.

Solution
1) It will power it but you will get more years out of a power supply with 80+ Gold Certification. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
2) Your case will fit the motherboard as long as you get a Micro-ATX motherboard. (The model number you posted refers to a couple different motherboards.
3) As long as you get an LGA 1155 motherboard (which it appears you have) and it has a PCIE slot, it will be compatible.

*) Get 2x4gb of RAM instead of 1x8gb. This will allow it to run in dual channel mode which is faster.
