Building new computer

I want to know if these parts I have are good for a standard computer? Also would these part go with each other?

I'm building this for someone but didn't give me a budget so I assume these would be good enough, if can would there be a cheaper price want to have a back up just in case its too much.

You didn't add a dedicated GPU, you want one if you're considering playing games on this, otherwise, you can downgrade some components to make it cheaper.

Please state clearly a budget and a desired usage for the system so people can offer further help.

They're going to use it for watching movies, watching sports, work, I guess in a way its going to be used like a standard computer just with a little more in it. Most likely have multiple windows open at a time. Reason I didn't add a graphic card was because they won't really need it and thought the one that already comes with would be good enough for them.
