Everything but that CPU and motherboard works fine. I would highly recommend an H370 and an I5-8400 as a bare minimum. I would also upgrade that PSU just a bit to future proof it. As time goes on, PSU's lose a bit of their wattage as the capacitors age. 600 or 650 would be more than a safe bet.

hey thanks for the answer . so i looked at the mother board and cpu looks like its going to up the cost by a chunk "cry"
so question erm
1) cpu page says ram type 2666 so does that mean i have to change ram if i buy that cpu?
2) what if i get the mother board you said but go for a sightly cheaper cpu and upgrade down the line any you would recommend ?
much appreciated taking the time :)

2400mhz is a little slow for ram. If you could go for 2800 or 3000 that would be better. And really, the only feasible option would be an i5-8400. Its pretty much the cheapest you can get. If you get an I3, i promise you will regret it in the near future. The best thing would be to just save up your money till you can afford it. What kinds of games do you play?

well black Friday is on us so mite be able to get some great deals for some of the things i need :D
at the moment want to play fallout 4 ,assassins creed odyssey , witcher 3 , and warframe but that last one should run on pretty much any thing lol i like playing a whole range of games from small to big . from what i can work out 60 fps should be fine for the gpu but you are right about the cpu it mite struggle being a 2 core.
does the i5-8400 come with a cooler or do i need to get one ?
think im all informed up ready for shopping much love :)
