Building new DIY COmputer

I recently decide to start build a computer

This is the spec.:-

1. Gigabyte MA780G-UD3H
2. AMD Phenom X4 9550
3. Kingston 2GB DDR2 800 low latency HyperX
4. (Powercolor Radeon 4850 DDR3 512MB) X2
5. Cooler Master Sileo500
6. Cooler Master Real Power Pro 550W
7.LG DVD Burner 22X
8. Seagate 500GB SATA 32M

Please give me some comment. (or stars).

awesome but 710's are cheaper than 9550's and perform better, you would also probably be able to get 4GB of ram with the money you save which is a must.

Also Uni-GPU pc's are generally better than Dual-GPU pc's because of scaling etc, and buying a 4870 would have saved you quite a bit.

Don't use one of the first gen Phenom, they really aren't very good. The 720 BE would be a much better processor.

The CM Real Power Pro series are ok, but better for the money would be a Corsair 550vx.

Seagate drives are problematic, go with a WD 320 or 640gb, they will be faster.

I would also go with a 4870 instead, or a GTX 260

I thought he ment he had built it but if you haven't then just go with the items we have suggested.

Also get a caviar black since they provide 100mb/s average read which is about the same as a velociraptor. The average 7200rpm drive will only provide 70-80mb/s read.

definitely get either a phenom II 710 or 720. i personally have the 710 (probably one of the only ones too!) because my motherboard has limited overclocking functionality so i didn't care so much about having the unlocked multiplier. but that motherboard should give you more control over the different settings, so consider the 720. other than that it looks like a good build.
