Okay there are quite a few things I would change. The CPU is good, great for gaming. But if you are going with a non-overclockable cpu you do not need a overclockable enabled motherboard (Z97), so the first thing I would change is the mother board. The RAM looks okay, but there are cheaper options that run at lower frequency , which doesn't really make a differnece. The GPU is good, although you did not specify a model, eg asus gigabyte so i cant give any feedback on that choice. Your choice of Hard drives is odd, 2 1tb drives doesn't really make sense to me, either get 1 2tb drive, adding a SSD for the OS would also be a good option. I would defintetly change the power suplly, it is part of corsairs low quality series and would strongly advise against purshasing it. The h55 is not required because you will not be overclocking, so that money can be saved. You also didn't list a case. If you looks at this link http://pcpartpicker.com/p/zCMjMp this is what i would build

I agree. Here's an alternative:

bablase you could remove the SSD and add another hard drive if you wanted more storage, and put them in RAID 0 for increased read/write speeds.
