Question Building new help

Ok I got a next h510 atx mid-tower pc gaming case. That was given to me new so instead of buy a build I decided to build out myself. I do graphic design and a little gaming nothing hard core and I would like to stay fairly cheap If possible. What components would you suggest?

$550 for CPU/Motherboard/RAM is one configuration.
$550 for All the above plus graphics, monitor and Windows license is very different.

Just the CPU, Motherboard, RAM and Graphics only. No monitor and no windows and no case. I also have the storage.

What software do you use for editing? I am not much of an expert in that field, but I know that different softwares are optimized for Intel or AMD in sometimes heavy favor.

Last time I changed my motherboard and cpu, windows deactivated it's license key and I had to buy a new one. Was a ticked off moment for me. Nt sure if they did away with that.

i use photoshop, illustrator, CorelDraw suite, CorelCAD is huge,inkscape, and some smaller program's lol

Well I looked it up and talked to Microsoft they say I’ll be fine... lmao but we will see about that. Soon enough.
