Building new machine!! Pls help me!

Hello guys. Im here to ask u for your honest opinion cuz I made some computer specification but it gone way too high in cost. Im not of a geek for this things and i dont know rly much about those configurations so i would like u to see my spec and change what u think will suffice with a lower cost ofc.

My point of interest is focused on my CPU and RAM cuz i want those 3200Mhz, and on my CPU Cooler. Those 3 things i dont want to change. My needs for stronger machine is graphic desing i do so i need something good so i can render, and i am hardcore gamer who doesnt play game if i cant run it at ultra settings 60+fps. So that is my goal(playing all new games on 1080p monitor with 60+fps) btw im taking 144hz monitor so i dont know will it effect something here. Since im buying new would like to have those rgb lights, so some cool black/red case with rgb would be nice. I rly like this EVGA graphic, it also have rgb but i confes it's rly expensive for me. Pls put me your change of this config here i would be rly thankfull. And btw sry for my bad English. Thaanks!!

You can change the case to something like a Cooler Master - Mastercase Pro 5.

And the PSU to a Prime Gold.

That would drop the price quite a bit.

First wait till the 5th of next month as Intel is coming with 6 core i5 coffee lake for $250ish. Point is AMD should lower the price of their 1700 to match so should save you a bit. The RAM is massivly overpriced get G.Skills ripjaw 3200 instead. The cooler is overkill as the Ryzen can only do 4Ghz and tomshardware review max that out with lower cost U12S. A 450~500W can more than handle the GTX1070 so get the 550w gold that can easily handle the card.

I agree with this. Instead of the NZXT S340, you can also consider the Fractal Design Define C or the Meshify C if they are more to your liking visually.

Arctic Freezer CPU coolers are also very highly rated, have long life, great cooling and fairly priced if you wanted an alternative to Noctua.
