Hello,
I was looking to build an entirely new build and deciding to make it an white build with silver/gray accents. I am looking to overclock to as high as possible. I would be using this as a workstation(Adobe suite) and for gaming as well, possibly for 1440p as well. I'm looking for the most optimized build for my price range.
So far, these are the parts I have:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler ($74.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-W 105.9 CFM CPU Cooler -- Conflicted between the two coolers :/
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 S ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($182.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($81.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($94.00 @ B&H)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($45.88 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card ($427.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($154.47 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($82.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $1465.29
Thanks in advance
