I am giving my son my current pc so i am looking to build a new one. I haven't built one in a while so i havent lepy up with what's new/decent. I would be using this pc for streaming, editing, browsing and some gaming(nothing crazy with a lot of graphic demand) i dont have a buget but would lik to build ut the cheapest i can but want quality brand parts.
Can some please help me out on parts for this build.

Things i would like on build is,
Motherboard wifi
Motherboard with upgradable option, i would like to upgraded pc components
Quiet with least power consumption
Intel based but open to amd.

When i mentioned streaming it was for streaming movies from pc to tv not streaming games.
I was vonsideringvthe i3-9100f. Why not go with 2700 instead of the 2600x for about $20 more?

I was torn between the Ryzen 5 3600 and Ryzen 7 2700 but i decided to go wit the following. Can someone convince me to get the Ryzen 5 36 for $45more?
