what is your location ? are you located in the US or somewhere else ?
do you also need a monitor ? if so should we count it within $1 500 budget ?

cpu cooler : DeepCool AK400
motherboard: MSI PRO B650-S WIFI AM5
memory: Kingston FURY Beast Black 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 EXPO
m.2 drive: WD Black SN7100 2TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4x4
case: be quiet! Pure Base 501 Airflow Black
power supply: Seasonic FOCUS GX-850 V4 PSU ATX 3.1 850W Gold
video card: Palit GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Infinity 3 16GB

total cost: 2616.26 BGN
( $1 515 according to todays currency exchange rate )

if you also need to factor in a monitor into your $1 500 budget
than you will have to compromise on the performance and quality of the parts
the second option would be to buy a gpu on a second hand market place .

If I can sacrifice some of the parts to take them cheaper, which one of them can be replaced for cheaper one (for example) and not have high impact on the performance?

personally i wouldn´t recommend to change much if you can afford it .
however if saving is necessary than you can get by with cheaper m.2 drive ,
cheaper case and power supply and lastly with an older video card like 7700xt .

while 7700xt is basically as fast as rtx 5060Ti in straight rasterization
you would still be giving up more modern features - frame generating
capabilities of 5060Ti are superior ,
DLSS 4 is much superior to an older FSR3 for example
5060Ti also has additional 4gb of VRAM which may come in handy in some future games
and also if you want to try ray tracing in which case 5060Ti is also superior to an older 7700xt

the gpu is the last thing i would touch and compromise on
because it will determine the gaming performance of your system the most .
5060Ti is also not perfect by any stretch of imaginanion but it is the best card you can fit into your budget .
rtx 5070 is around 35% faster on average but it also costs some extra cash .

I doubt the OP would be using DLSS for Dota 2 and CS2.

Thank you very much for the help guys, I think I will be going with the first setup without sacrificing anything, you were very helpful :) !

Can you give some insight regarding the monitor for the set-up also?

You are going to want a 1440P monitor if you ever plan on using DLSS , which most people never do, especially the ones that play first person shooters such as yourself.

true
but it is nice to have these options just in case he might need them for some other games .

also radeons are generally performing worse in counter strike ...
to the point where lower class cards from nvidia are catching up
to otherwise one tier higher card from amd .
for cs2 5060Ti is much better than radeon 7700xt in rasterization
and is almost catching up to 7900GRE at 1440p

same goes for rtx 5070 vs rx 9070 .
rtx 5070 is actually even faster than otherwise superior radeon 9070xt in cs2

when it comes to monitor generally speaking i would go for 1440p high refresh rate panel in 2025 .

however for cs2 specifically 1080p 27´ 240Hz refresh rate panel is the best in my opinion -
since this is a higly skill based game in which you want to have every extra FPS you can get .

but if you play other games and you divide your play time between multiple titles
1440p 27´ 180Hz will be great for general usage .

for example:
ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ3A, 27", IPS, QHD 2560x1440, 180Hz, 1ms
or the one suggested by why_me which is even cheaper and does the same thing .

Can you articulate what you mean by unstable drivers in context with Dota 2 and CS2? I've not had many issues with my 5090 with exception of Grim Dawn crashing after 3-4+ hours.

The 5060ti requires use of newer drivers, than the 5090, and those have been problematic at best.

Jay has a couple videos on the subject, and GN mentioned the driver issues in a recent video as well. Whether they relate to those two games, I am not 100% certain, but I personally wouldn't risk it. I am still running 566.36, on my 4060 laptop, for this reason.

this is blown out of proportions as usual and they are making a bigger deal out of it than it really is
even if there is an issue they will fix it since right now 5060Ti 16gb
is probably the best option in a sub $500 market and many people will be buying it .

i remember same smoke directed at amd many times in the past
while i never had a single issues with my rx 580 or 390x or even further down the line with 270x or 6850 .
and even if there was indeed a bad driver causing issues in some game
i simply installed a different (older) driver
(granted there is no older game ready driver for 5060Ti yet to fall back to
but i´m sure everything will be fixed shortly)
