building new pc with 1070ti, recommended components?

HI, I am building a PC and already have already picked several components, need recommendations:
-GPU = GALAX GeForce GTX 1070ti EX
-CPU = Intel Core i5-8600k
-Mobo = ... (anything below $200)
-RAM = ... (preferably 16gb)
-PSU = Seasonic Prime Ultra Gold 650GD
-Hard-Drives = 500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD and 1TB WD HDD
-Monitor = ... (anything below $250)
Please help me complete the rest, thanks for any input.

Also added 2x 8GB 3000 Mhz RAM which have black heatsinks to match MoBo theme and which are also normal-profile RAM and wouldn't interfere with big CPU air coolers.

And lastly, put in 25", IPS panel, 1440p monitor that is within your budget,

Do note that you're missing PC case and CPU cooler to complete the build. Though, +1 from me for going with PRIME series PSU.
