Right now I have an AMD PC R9 280x 3GB,FX-6300 and 8GB DDR3, is not that bad but I decided to build a new PC, for that I chose the following components:
PSU: Seasonic M12II-620 EVO 620W 80 Plus Bronze Modular
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming K3
CPU: Intel i5-6600K 3.5Ghz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 PC4-19200 16GB 2x8GB CL16
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming 6GB GDDR5 or Sapphire Radeon Nitro + RX 480 8GB GDDR5
CASE: Nox Hummer MC USB 3.0 Zero Edition
Samsung 850 Evo SSD Series 500GB SATA3

My question is are all this components compatibles ? or if some components are bad or if there is some bottleneck can you recommend me others ?
Thank you .

OK if you want to save money I might actually suggest a non overclocking build then you can upgrade to a better GPU:

Case: Corsair 200R - 69,00 €
PSU: Seasonic M12 II 520W - 77,95 €
Motherboard: Asus H170 A - 106,00 €
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 - 196,00 €
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black DDR4 2133 PC4-17000 16GB CL14 - 91,00 €
HD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda - 46,95 €
SSD: 250GB Samsung 850 Evo - 94,95 €
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 TwinFROZR V - 498,00 €

Total: 1.179,85 €

1000-1200 euros

What I have on that list is 1080euros I don't think I can't get that CPU and that GPU, by the way I can't see your list.
