Question Building New PC

Hi Thank You all!
Presently working on Intel i7 4770S unit doing rendering and video mixing works.
Now I want to build new AMD unit for multitasking using Autodesk 3d modeling & rendering. I am not a gamer.
Somebody using Ryzen processors told me to build new PC with AMD 7 3700X / Ryzen 5 5600X (Latest).
My queries simply: Selecting processor & mobo among: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F/MSI X570-A PRO Motherboard/ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming
Kindly suggest processor,board(Budget up to Rs. 25000),suitable cpu cooler(up to Rs.15000) and graphic card(Budget up to 30000)compatible PSU.
I welcome thankfully your suggestions.
