Building new rig for budget less than Rs. 25000

I am looking forward to build a New RIG as per my min (Rs.25,000) and max (Rs.20,000) budgets

I would like to hear from you'll on my below requirements for both budgets

Requirements
Timeline: 2 weeks
Budget: Rs.25,000 - Rs.20,000
Location: Mumbai, India
Usage: Office work

1. Processor (Intel i3 latest per budget)
2. Motherboard (compatible with processor with onboard display)
3. Graphic Card (1/2 GB)
4. RAM (4/8 GB)
5. Power Supply (500W)
6. Case (spacious based on the MB)
7. Storage (HDD 500GB)
8. Monitor (19" LED)
9. Keyboard
10. Mouse

Get this, the G4560 has HT enabled, it's essentially an i3.
You don't need a GPU for office work.
You also need to get a case with included power supply since your budget is so low.
You need to spend a bit more.

Further queries:
1. Alternative RAM to corsair like transcend or Kingston or corsair ones are good too? Also 2x4GB sticks as one will keep the machine running provided one goes faulty.
2. Keyboard & Mouse any combo bundle (standard ones good quality)
3. The websites Kolkatta based... delivery timelines?

What I selected is the best value for money.
Delivery I don't know, they probably use whatever major postal company there is in India.
For KB/Mouse get a Thermaltake Commander Bundle.
