building newish computer need help 1150 asus maxims extreme iv with i5

so im Frankensteining a computer together i got a used MB and a i5 4440 i pulled from a old PC i hooked everything up and i have 4 hard drives 1 sdd with windows 10 already instated but i cant get any thing on the screen
my friend suggested i need a GPU which i plan on getting but i figured the onboard graphics would work untill i got one them ive check all conection and im at a loss any sugestions

i posted the wrong MB name its the vi not iv maximums extreme
the cpu is the i5 4440
there is one led on the MB on it is a yellow orange color between pcie slot 3 and 4
and i getting 00 for post code unsure if that means anything
this MB is way more that what ill ever need or use but i got it cheap and it looked cool lol

i figured it out apparently i didn't have the cpu plunged in lol
