Firstly, what do you plan on doing with the computer, editing, rendering? Under 500$ you can find a cheap computer that can just run windows and do normal stuff, however like mentioned, 5 years is too much. So what is the pc's purpose?Hi.i want to building non gaming pc.no need monitor

Yes I tried to do a Ryzen build but the cost seemed to escalate very quickly and honestly for a "Mom & Pop" type of build there's nothing wrong with an i3 for email, web browsing etcAside from the "prefer Ryzen" comment, that's a solid build suggestion for $400.
Nah, 13Tabs is light wight. I am talking about heavy usage. And To be honest Number of tabs is not all that matters it is also the content of the page. If there are many heavy pages open at a time you are sure to run out of memory very quickly.I don't know I have 13 tabs open and using 28% of my memory, although I'm using Firefox
Definitely. If you are limited to use only the applications you listed. Then yes it is enough.Yes.i am open multiple of tabs on Firefox.
So you think this set up can last about 5 years?

Nah I would get latest gen low end CPU vs old gen mid range CPU Package. You are correct that it will do fine. But This is New Package. If we are going to be honest here, pretty much any i5 or better system, newer than 5th gen, with an SSD and some RAM thrown in it would would excel for this use case. A massaged OptiPlex would shine.
