Well, both the AMD B350 and Intel B360 motherboards have some great upgrade options.

AMD has currently the 2nd-gen Ryzen, which requires a bios update on the B350 motherboard. The Ryzen 5 2600 is better and doesn't cost much more, but it requires the update. I find this to be a drawback of choosing AMD at the moment, because you can't update without a compatible CPU.

Intel has the 8th-gen six-core i5 and i7 to upgrade to on the B360 motherboard, both typically faster than AMD's fastest when it comes to pure gaming.

The very first system I posted was my favorite for upgrade options; including the 650W power supply capable of powering a higher-end GPU in the future; the fast and reliable Samsung SSD making upgrading mass storage easy by simply installing a secondary HDD without having to reinstall your Operating System.

SSDs are quite nice when you have your OS installed on them by making the system seem overall faster in the day-to-day usage and loading times with games.

The only drawback on it is if you plan on streaming while gaming, and that requires a fast enough internet connection as well, the i3 will hold you back whereas the Ryzen 5 1600 would not be hindered as much.
