Approximate Purchase Date: June 16th

Budget Range:15,000 USD After Rebates; Before Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.com; Amazon.com (I will entertain the idea of other websites if they offer a significant difference in price. NO AUCTION SITES I.E. EBAY, ECT...)

Location: Johnson City, TN USA

Parts Preferences: I prefer Intel but if there is another build that is BETTER I will consider that as well.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Your Monitor Resolution:I would like 4k, better than 4k or as close as possable

Additional Comments: I would like to hook a surround sound system to it but I will buy the system on a different budget. I would like durable parts that will last and be relevant for at least 5 years over kill now could mean on par with future computers so that is ok. Be practical,(Dont load the computer down with 5x1TB hardrives if there is a 5TB option avalable and if cheeper) if it under budget that is ok. I am also not interested in 3D gaming at this time so that should not be a concern in this build.

Why am I upgrading?: I want good computer build that I can invest in now and be able to game ATLEAST on par with future gaming PC's.

I thank you in advance for any suggestions

I'm not sure why you'd want to spend $15,000 on a gaming pc when you don't need to spend anywhere near that amount to have the best gaming experience that would last you 5 years easily. If you're not overclocking and are just looking to have the best overall gaming experience then you might want to look at the following build.

Consider me out of the know. Can you post a list? I have minimal knowledge new vs old and good vs poor product brands.
