Notes: I believe the Nippon labs USB cable comes with the Dark Knight purchase but im not sure. I tried to get the combos because it seems to save me money. I am fearful of the space inside my tower, will all of this fit? I did decide to get Windows 7 but to do so you have to purchase vista. I am not looking to spend too much on the mouse and keyboard and Headphone I like them thin and light.

You can save yourself some money on that build. That HD (WD) comes in a combo deal with the OCZ RAM you have, also look to combo up the Asus mobo with the cpu. Drop the h/s (CM V8) and go with either the Xigmatek Dark Night for $40 or the Scythe Mugen 2 for around the same price. You can find Tuniq TX-2 thermal compound for $5 @ newegg also. One other thing, I might hold off on getting that sound card atm, or at least until you try the onboard sound first. Chances are the on board sound will be more than sufficient.

Looks very good. I don't really like the NZXT Tempest case to be honest, but that is really just personal preference. I think the CM Storm Scout would be a nice option for you, or maybe Haf 922. You need a PSU, so maybe look at this combo:

The CoolerMaster UCP-700 is a very good PSU.

I'd drop arctosa as a keyboard and buy the microsoft x6 instead, as for gaming gear trust me. deathadder is good for big hands but g9 remains the best price/performance 😀

Buy the new samsung p2370 monitor, it may be small but its led backlighted and iv tried it and its far better than for exmaple 30 inch apple cinema display in gaming.

drop the vista and get a Windows 7 RC.

The 4850x2 is a definite step up from the 4890, I wouldn't do that. The 4850x2 is a great performance deal for the price.
