The 212 EVO might hit with the side panel (hard to find the width measurements for the case, sorry). I also recommend choosing a higher quality case because if you get a cheap case it might bend, dent or damage easily and the wire management might be pain!

Your CPU and MoBo setup is kind of unequal, you don't need that MoBo unless you overclock extremely high. Some 970 MoBos can handle moderate overclocks though. I recommend getting the 285 if that is cheaper than the 280.
 
i like the board but its a intell if they had a amd i would get it im on a budget and intel is real used for business like i mean high tech programs its a cheap board but the cpu will be expensive so in thoery AsRock 990FX Extreme3 Motherboard this is cheaper
