Build Advice Building PC from scratch for CS2

Hello! As the title suggests i need new pc for CS2 since my old one is not doing the job. I do have 240hz monitor so im hoping to get a good amount of fps constantly. My budget is around 1500€. As far as i know the game is gonna be more CPU demanding but i have no idea how to proceed so im here asking for your help . The information i gathered so far is that 7600X is gonna be more than okay but any suggestions and help will be really appreciated.

A friend is getting 300fps with 5600x and rtx 3070 on 1920x1080 (im playing on lower res) do you guys think its good to buy same GPU with 7600x or ? Im not playing other games.
