Im gonna build pc this new year, spec:

Ryzen 3 1200 w/ stock cooler
Msi b350 tomahawk
1x8gb ddr4 2400mhz team elite
Rx 580 8gb asus dual
Wd blue 1tb 7200rpm sata 6gb/s
Armaggeddon t2x (case)
corsair cx550m bronze
LG 24MP68VQ (1080p,75hz,freesync)

is it good enough for budget pc? Btw i will oc the r3 to 3.8/3.9ghz (is it possible?), and the rx 580 to 1500mhz (is it possible?) and the ram to 3000/3200mhz (is it possible?). And how hot could they be if i overclock them? Im targeting for 60°c-70°c

Answer will be appreciated :)

Solution
consider buying gtx 1060 6gb instead ...
it is only about 5% slower average compared to gtx 580 but it is much more power efficient
(100w difference in power consumtion during gaming is a lot for similarly performing cards)

however if you will get 580 anyway and overclock it + overclocking your cpu than
i would recommend to buy 650w power supply .

also overclocking your cpu with a stock cooler and increase the voltage is not a very good idea .
