Building Pro-Audio PC for first time, are these components compatable?

Hello, after long extensive research and realizing that I have to build a PC from scratch, I've come up with the below items to build my Pro-Audio dream PC. It appears that everything should be compatible, and that I shouldn't run into any issues, but just to be on the safe side, I'm putting it out there on Tom's hardware trial!

Tascam US 1641 interface

Here is the spec. Please tell me if anything jumps out as a red flag. This should be everything I need!

Everything here is compatible.
But you don't need the Zalman cooler because the CPU comes with one.
And you can download the Windows XP SP3 through Windows Updates for free.

Looks good to me.

Don't forget a high quality 500 to 550 watt power supply for the system.

Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, and Seasonic are some of the brands that have a reputation for high quality power supplies that consistently earn high marks in technical reviews. They are reliable, stable, and come with a 5 year warranty. Some of the newer models come with a 7 year warranty. Lately we've been seeing a few other brands offering some high quality units. One example would be the Antec Earthwatts series which is a major improvement over Antec’s older psu’s like the Basiq models.

Everything here is compatible with the motherboard/windows xp sp 2. As said earlier Window's Service packs are free for those who pass Windows Genuine.

A good power supply is in order as Johnny Lucky has said: Corsair, PC Power & Cooling (Higher end options), and Seasonic are great power supply companies. I would also recommend OCZ PSU's in there as their OEM is PC Power & Cooling, (OCZ acquired the company PC Power & Cooling) in 2007). For your particular setup good quality 550w should more then suffice even at 100% 24/7 peak load although I wouldnt recommend doing so for over 1 day straight, not so much for the PSU's sake but for your component's..

A few power supplies from Corsair are OEM from Seasonic although they also used Channel Well (CWT):

TX-650w Corsair PSU OEM by Seasonic. I was going to recommend the VX-550w Corsair (OEM Channel Well) but it was at 79.99+5.99 shipping this one is $89.99+ free shipping so for like $4 more you get a bit more bang for your buck. Comes with a $10 MIR as well.

It gets kind of crazy with OCZ. Their power supplies are manufactured by Channel Well, Topower, Sirtec, FSP Group, 3 Y Power, and Impervio.

I've got a brand new Seasonic X-650 Gold Certified modular psu in my new build.

Thank you all for your assistance! I actually needed to tweak the components a little and go with a fanless Radeon video card because my interface had a wierd compatability issue with nVidia products, and also my Sonata III comes with a 500w EA supply. In pro-audio, the Zallman fan is amoung the highest rated, and is needed to prevent over heating assoicated with long running times.
