Building quiet system. $1000

I want to replace my laptop which now works as a desktop connected to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse. Please help me to build my new PC.

Budget: ~$1000

Key features:
- Silence. I want a quiet system. High priority

Usage:
- Movies Full HD. Will connect to home theater in future.
- Software. Visual Studio, Virtualization like VirtualBox, VM Ware
- Games. Dota2, Diablo3 (1-2 hours per month so you may ignore this)

RAM: Not chosen yet. I prefer 8GB.

Yep it is. But here in Europe this is the cheapest I can get. Sad but this is the reality.

PS: I guess the $1000 cap should be ignored...

Get any of those three cases and make sure u have only silent noctua fans. Processor, motherboard, ram can be anything u wish. PSU should be rated 80+ Gold. Graphics Card should be with good silent cooling such as DirectCUII, TwinFrozr, Dual-X, ACX etc...

The FRACTAL DESIGN Define R4 case will be laid down and now when the other components are known what should be the air flow inside the case?

I am thinking for 2 exhausting on the top, 1 exhausting on the bottom, 1 exhausting on the back and 2 intake on the front. Again, the case will be laid down on its right side.
