Building second computer?

Not sure if I should or not, will be a itx board with a i7 3770k all hard tube water cooled, I'm just having a hard time figuring out if I want to do it or not because I already have my full tower water cooled as well, justneed some second hand opinions and insight

This all depends if you need a 2nd system or not.

An Ivy bridge quad core is still a pretty potent chip for most workloads.

I wouldnt build an ivy bridge, I'd go Haswell imo. And what is your current setup?

I currently have a Fx 8350 @ 4.8ghz and a xfx 390x gpu open loop water cooled in a Thermaltake v71

That's a great build right there, already got a 4.8 ghz Octa Core and a high end card, you would notice a difference performance wise however.. I'd wait till the new Zen CPU's come out.
