Building System or iBUYPOWER 579Q?

Hi. I'm looking to get a new desktop computer and I was looking at buying the iBUYPOWER Gamer Power 579Q which is $750 at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227353 . I was wondering if i could build a computer with similar specs for the same price ($750) at newegg.com or $800 at tigerdirect.com (no tax for me there, so bigger budget), or if i should just buy the prebuilt system.
