At first I was going to simply upgrade my wife's computer.. but I'm going to end up having to replace everything after switching motherboards so it's going to be a new build most likely. She wants to start streaming again and plays a numer of games to include WoW, Overwatch, and lots of other FPS. Here is what she's currently running:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 5 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 1TB Solid State Drive
Video Card: MSI MSGTX970G4G GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G Graphics Card
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Here is what I was planning:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MbL9K3

CPU: Intel Core i9-10850K 3.6 GHz 10-Core Processor ($434.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition 57.3 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI MEG Z490 UNIFY ATX LGA1200 Motherboard ($291.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($249.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB GAMING Z Video Card ($418.99 @ Dell)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA B5 850 W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($125.94 @ Amazon)

The compatibility issues are:
Compatibility Notes
  • Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.
  • Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.
I have no idea what the first one means...?

Mainly gaming and streaming... what to cool it instead of the Hyper 212? The 850W we already have.. The reason for the I9 and that board is in order to upgrade in the future.. if I go with a 1151 them I'm stuck with that

Ok I made a few changes to the build:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dwvgPV

However I get the following compatibility note:
Note:Lian Li O11D XL-X ATX Full Tower Case has a front panel USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port, but the MSI MEG Z490 ACE ATX LGA1200 Motherboard does not have sufficient USB 3.2 Gen 1 headers. The case USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A port will not be usable.

Does that mean the entire front panel can't be used as far as USB? Does anyone have any other suggestions on the rest of the build?
