As to the phillips screwdriver, get a long shank one. I have a collection of phillip screwdrivers and find I use the long shank one 99% of the time. It has a 6" long shank.

For cutting off wire tie (Ty Rap) tails, you'll want a flush cut style like this to avoid leaving sharp edges on the cut that you will undoubtedly scratch yourself on later.

If you plan on doing more builds than just one or two, a set of metric nut drivers like this is great for screwing in/unscrewing standoffs. Some of the better cases come with a standoff socket you can use with a phillips screwriver. Hang on to them when you get one.
