Hello Everyone!

I want to build a mid-ranged PC dedicated for gaming at 1080p (max. & I wouldn't mind gaming at 720p either) within the cost range of $800.

Note that, I am from Bangladesh and not all PC parts manufacturers are available here!! And also the prices here is a little bit higher than the prices in U.S.

Below is the choice/available list of components and their manufacturers. Please suggest!

Processor: Intel (preferably i5-4460)
Mainborad: Gigabyte/Asus (preferably z97 gaming series/h97 gaming series)
GPU: Nvidia from Gigabyte/Asus (with preference to Gigabyte I <3 their WINDFORCE fans)
Chasis: Thermaltake (preferably Thermaltake Core V31/Versa H34)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance/G.skill (preferably G.SKILL RIPJAWS F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL RAM)
HDD: HDD 1TB/HDD+128G SSD/Seagate SSHD 1TB (Is SSHD reliable??)
CPU Cooler: Aftermarket/stock (something within 150 mm height due to the limitation of chasis V31. preferably CM HYPER TX3 EVO)
PSU: Thermaltake/Corsair (I already have a spare Thermaltake LitePower 450 is it enough for the system?)
Case Fans: Thermaltake Jetflo & xtraflo (up to 3 fans for intake and exhaust)

I am not intended to overclock and 1080p will be the max output resolution for me. Also, I will buy a monitor at a later time and I don't mind gaming on 720p with my PC connected to my Sony BRAVIA 42" (42W674a) screen via a HDMI cable. Because the Sony upscaling is going to make up when I use 720p.

Your precious guidelines/suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Solution
CPU - If the 4590 isn't much more expensive, the higher turbo speed would be very welcome
SSD - Look toward the Samsung EVO series, or Crucial MX100.
PSU - Your Thermaltake will work for now, but it would be best to replace it. It isn't the best of quality. Look toward XFX or Seasonic.
CASE + FANS - Just pick up a better case up front rather than piece together a case and fans separately.

Thanks for your suggestions but as I mentioned earlier in my country not all manufacturers are available. So, I need some modification in your suggestions. XFX, G.Skill ares series is not available here. However, G.skill RIPJAWS F3-series is available.

If you're not in hurry, I would be able to get you the right config based on your local availability and pricing.

You've mentioned US $800 that roughly comes to TK 62000 in today's conversion. So I assume you're looking for a config for that amount. I understand the huge price difference. For example, the i5 4590 in US is $180 (converted into Bangladesh Taka TK 13860). But in Bangladesh the same is sold for TK 16000, instead.

So just hold on I'll give the right config for TK 62000.

OK here are the parts that I suggest based on local availability and pricing:

Intel i5 4460 TK 14700
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI ATX Gaming Motherboard TK 14000
Asus Strix GTX 960-DC2OC 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card TK 23500
[GTX 960 only require a 430W PSU that can deliver 20Amps or more on its +12V rail. Your current 450W PSU can deliver 27Amps on its +12V rail. So may stick to that PSU.]
(OR)
Gigabyte GV-R9 28XOC Windforce R9 280X 3GB Graphics Card TK 23800
[R9 280X require a 600W PSU that can deliver 20Amps or more on its +12V rail. Given the higher local prices and limited choice, your best bet is Corsair 600CXV2 PSU TK 7000]
Thermaltake CA-1C9-00M1WN-00 Versa Casing TK 6200
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB get the same model) TK 7000
Western Digital 1TB HDD TK 4450
Thermaltake CLF012PL Casing Fan (TK 700 x 3 Fans) TK 2100

- The Intel i5 4460 is a non-K processor, no need for a third party cooling solution. The default cpu cooler will do the job fine.
- If you're getting GTX 960 2GB 128-bit card, I would suggest a better new PSU, even though your current PSU looks good on paper. But my suggestion is that you get the R9 280X which cost only TK 300 more and packs a punch with its monster 3GB VRAM and 384-bit memory interface. Yes, you need to spend on new PSU, but this one gives a great 1080p gaming experience. Having said that the GTX 960 is also a capable 1080p card. Either way I suggest you get a new PSU.]
- If you're willing to spend more then consider the 'Samsung 850 EVO 120GB" [You need to add whatever this costs to the total below].

Total [with GTX 960 + existing PSU] TK 71950
Total [with R9 280X + New PSU] TK 79250

I gave you these configs because you insisted that need a gaming motherboard. Otherwise you can get this pretty good mATX motherboard and shave off TK 4800:
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H TK 9200

Total [with Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H + GTX 960 + existing PSU] TK 67150
Total [with Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H + R9 280X + New PSU] TK 74450

Due to high pricing and limited branded parts availability (like in PSU, Graphics Card, RAM etc) in your local market this is the best gaming config you can get that too, only if you're willing to expand your budget.

Cheers!
