Question Built a pc and it starts but no bios or signal to monitor ?

Hi there, just built a new pc from scratch, but i just get no signal on my monitor and no BIOS comes up.

My Setup is:

Motherboard: ASrock B550M-ITX/ac

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650

SSD: Samsung 980 M.2

RAM: Corsair 2x8gb 3200Mhz

450w power supply.

As i said nothing shows up on my screen but the fans and lights all start in the computer.

Things ive tried:

Removubg the cmos battery 5 mins,

Removed the gpu and put hdmi in motherboard,

Tested ram separately

Nothings happening and i dont really know anymore, the cpu is supported for the motherboard according to asrocks website i dont think it needs a bios opdate maybe?

I'd appreciate any help i can get.

you don't have igpu. motherboard will not output anything

what the brand and model of the psu?

it supported if the bios is at least 1.90. so yes probably need to update the bios

The psu is
Fractal Design Anode SFX Bronze 450w

Okay so the bios isn't 1.9 from factory... Then i guess i need a Ryzen 3000 series to update the bios?

Does it matter if its a Ryzen 3 3000 series or a 5 3000 series?

look at the Validated BIOS with "All"
