Question Built a pc but no display

I built a new pc and when I turn it on, everything goes on and lights up but nothings shows up on the monitor. I searched the web and tried many things. When I turn it on the speekers makes one short beep and continous to make long beeps. I think the reason is the ram maybe. I knoe that it doesnt have to do with the gpu because i tried the hdmi on the motherboard too
