Built A PC, no display

Built a pentium dualcore e5300 machine, has 1GB ram, will ugrade to 4gb soon.

I am getting no video output, yes i checked the cable, and the monitor, and unplugged anything i didnt need. Please help

I am using onboard video, and I will do anything with the machine to get it to work, help please!
