Hi there,
After a long, long time I finally was able to buy components and build a decent system. A more knowledgeable friend helped build it and everything worked fine first time. Now and again though, on start-up, I will get a BSoD. They never seem to be the same errors but after a reset, it turns on fine. This happens sporadically. It can be fine for a while starting up and one time it might BSoD.
I have tried to trouble shoot nut don't know what else to do. I checked my motherboard's drivers at their website (Gigabyte) and their scan software said that I am not missing any drivers.
The last BSoD I googled told me to run the verifier tool which resulted in a continuous blue screen start-up loop. In safe mode, I turned off the verifier and it started up and I have some .dmp files in the mini dump folder but I do not know what to do with them.
All I have connected is an SSD, HDD, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse. I also have the most recent graphics drivers.
Any help would be appreciated.
PS- I also ran a memory diagnostic which reported no problems.
