Built a pc, windows won't boot from flash drive

I just finished building a gaming pc. When I try install windows 7 from my flash drive it goes black for a couple seconds, then returns to the BIOS. I've messed around with the settings and cannot fix anything. I'm using asus H170 mobo.

First thing is to disable any overclocking.

After that, try using http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install so see if the issue is with your installer or with your system. Most likely it's your installer.

There is no overclocking setup.
