It shuts down after a few seconds and I don't see anything on the screen

The board needs a BIOS update. You can order a BIOS chip on ebay and replace the board's one.
Or, install a supported CPU, if available.
Or, a local pc shop might help.
Or, return the board and get a B250 one.

How do u do a bios update?

By installing a supported CPU, if available. If not, the options above. You can also try returning the board and buying instead a B250 or H270 board.
