Built in video recording

I just installed windows 10 and I am loving it. So i decided to try out the built in video encoding but it says my PC is not capable of doing so, Then i clicked on Learn more and it gave me a list of graphics cards capable of using the encoding and my graphics card series was listed? My graphics cards is a R7 250 btw.
