Built my pc, can't connect to Internet :(

So i recently built a new computer for myself, it has been a nightmare.

After countless disappointments, i finally got it running well, but now i can't connect to the Internet.

I downloaded all of the drivers onto a usb and installed them, but it all won't connect.

When i diagnose, i get the message "ethernet" doesn't have a valid ip configuration"

Please help, i just want to play on it before fall semester starts ;_;
